Caitlin Morris

I am a dedicated multimedia journalist currently living in Richmond, Virginia with a strong interest in lifestyle reporting and photojournalism. I'm searching for opportunities within the communications field where I can exercise my skills in social media and further develop my strengths in writing and multimedia journalism. My special interests include travel, coffee, events and music. I have a passion for local folklore and tiny hole-in-the-wall restaurants.

For ten years, I worked in leadership for SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment in Williamsburg, Virginia. Through varying roles, I developed skills in: education and training, curriculum development, providing constructive feedback and leadership, communication and public relations. Other responsibilities included coordinating special events, hiring interns for a Business Leadership Internship and editing and writing company standard operating procedures. My love for media drove me back to school to finish a degree in Mass Communications in hopes of combining my background in tourism and travel with a future in journalism and media.
